From thoughtfully curated retail to hands-on education programs and community partnerships, we use play as a tool for connection and growth.
Retail
You can browse and purchase from our curated retail selection at The Crafted Coffee Company (121 Blenheim Road, Christchurch), or explore thousands of titles in our online store.
In-store shopping is available 7am–2pm Monday to Friday and 10am–2pm Saturday.
Shop online for flat-rate NZ shipping or order for next working day pick-up from Crafted Coffee.

Education
We create and run structured game-based learning programs using tabletop games and role-playing adventures.
Each program is intentionally designed to build problem-solving, communication, teamwork, confidence, and creative thinking while keeping play at the centre.
We deliver school holiday programmes, after-school clubs, and multi-session courses across Christchurch in partnership with a range of organisations.
We also design and facilitate tailored programmes for schools and libraries, or support staff to run their own game-based learning sessions.
Education-friendly pricing is available, with programmes shaped around your students and community goals.
Element Game Tables
Designed for meaningful play The Element Game Table is our own premium game table, created to support long, comfortable, and immersive play experiences at home.
It transitions from an elegant dining table to a dedicated gaming space, with removable panels, a stain-resistant play surface, adjustable LED lighting, and built-in USB charging.
Crafted for serious gamers, families, and hosts who want their table to be the centre of connection.

Usually we run tabletop games. This time… we’re running chickens.
Introducing Chickenstock, Christchurch’s premier poultry athletics competition, where real chickens attempt feats of strength, coordination, and general chicken behaviour in front of a live audience.
Can a chicken climb stairs?
Can it clear a high jump?
Can one chicken be rounder than another chicken?
On 23 May, we’re putting all of that to the test.
Expect events like:
• The Egg Pull
• The High Jump
• The Maze
• Chicken Dressage
• Roundest Chicken
• The Legendary Stair Climb
• Best in Show
Even better… you can enter your own chicken.
You don’t need a trained chicken.
You don’t need a fast chicken.
You just need a living chicken.
(This rule will be strictly enforced.)
Chickenstock is a family-friendly, alcohol-free community event being brought to life by The Crafted Coffee Company, Climate Action Campus, Ōtautahi, and Meepleopolis.
Proceeds from the event support the Climate Action Campus Sensory Playground Project, helping create an inclusive play space for children and families in our community.

Our monthly Christchurch Game Designer Meet-Up is happening again this Sunday at Meepleopolis.
If you're working on a tabletop game, thinking about designing one, or just curious about the process, come along! It’s a relaxed gathering where local designers share ideas, play-test prototypes, and help each other improve their games.
You can bring a prototype, a concept, or simply come along to meet other creators.
Casual gamers are also very welcome. Play-testers are always appreciated and your feedback really helps designers refine their games.
